Meet Michelle
Michelle Biala is a senior certified project management and change management professional with 15+ years of experience across public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Michelle has worked in a variety of industries, including automotive, government, medical, media, and law. She has led large-scale digital and organizational transformations, global standards development initiatives, and media platform migrations. She's directed an enterprise project management office where she led the development of best practices, guided project teams, and coached project managers and non-project managers alike to achieve success.
A certified IPEC professional coach, Michelle combines her project management and coaching expertise to help women clarify their vision, set meaningful goals, and create actionable plans.
